Cancellation

Your reservation is only valid upon receipt of your deposit (payable no later than 5 days after sending the contract).

Payment of the deposit also signifies acceptance of the contract and your agreement to the rental conditions.

Cancellation is possible under the following regulations:

• Up to two months before the rental start date: free of charge
  
• Up to one month before the start of the rental period: a fixed cancellation charge of € 150 (for stays <= 3 days) or € 250 (for stays > 3 days) will be deducted from the deposit paid
  
• Up to two weeks before the start of the rental period: the cancellation fee is half the rental amount
  
• Less than two weeks before the start of the rental period: the cancellation fee is the full rental amount
  

Suspected misuse, subletting or non-compliance with the internal regulations (to be consulted in the information folder) means immediate termination of the contract, in which case we retain the right to the deposit to compensate for the costs incurred.

Technical problems, storms, (temporarily) imposed (corona) measures or other problems that lead to the pool being closed are considered force majeure and never open the right to compensation or are never a reason for cancellation.

Costs exceeding the deposit will be notified by an official written communication within 3 working days after the end of the rental period and will be recovered from the tenants.

All disputes will be settled through the Ghent Court.
